CareConnect InstaVisit is a safe, secure and simple way to get online diagnosis and treatment through video visit using your iPhone and iPad. Prescriptions if needed are sent directly to pharmacy of your choice. Get care without leaving home or work. CareConnect InstaVisit is available 9 AM till 8 PM, 7 days a week.
InstaVisit is as easy as 1-2-3. Download the App and start your visit.
Conditions we treat:
Acne, Allergies, Asthma, Bladder Infection, Bronchitis, Constipation, Cough/Cold/Congestion, Pink eye/Conjunctivitis, Diarrhea, Earache, Fever, Flu, Headaches/Migraine, Insect bites, Nausea/Vomiting, Rash, Sinus problems, Sore throat, Stomach flu, Stomach ache, Urinary Tract Infection and many other common illnesses.

Georgia Only.
InstaVisit Not Available for Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare Patients:
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are prohibited from providing InstaVisit (virtual visit) to individuals covered under a federal insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicaid CMOs (PeachState, WellCare, Amerigroup, CareSource) or Tricare.
Insurance Coverage:
We cannot accept insurance for InstaVisits (Virtual Visit). However, you may check with your insurance carrier to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.
Medical Expense Reimbursement:
Typically, the virtual visit fee is a qualified expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Please check with your insurance plan for reimbursement of the InstaVisit fee.
